Exclusive Forum Selection Clause
- Exclusive Venue in Riverside County: Any dispute, lawsuit, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any inquiry submitted through the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in the County of Riverside, California (including the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, or the United States District Court for the Central District of California – Eastern Division).
